Add javascript features and improve structure of web page (html, css, design) - first of several projects

Project: Improve and add features to a web page. This will be the first of several similar projects for this web site. The project will include the following: - add rich text editor, spell check, and auto-extend features to the answer text box of this page (use open source option i.e. <[login to view URL]>) - make structural changes and general improvements to the page: * text left edge will be straight line down the page * move profile images to the right side of the page * Improve location of "Edit" links - always right after where the text finishes * Improve "Topics" section - (usability similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) * add "Restart Talk" button under the "Follow Conversation" button * voting arrows will appear to the left of each answer - Work will be done out of github as source control. Mongo and Play Framework (java based web app. framework) environment will need to be set up to make changes and test code. The necessary skill set for this project is javascript, html, css, and github. As well as ability to setup Play Framework and MongoDB. Please see attached wireframe of web page. I am using Play Framework (application framework) and MongoDB. It would be helpful to know the basics of Play, a template based framework.
