auction manager - code updated - add features

I have a websitecoded but would like to change add these features - please look at this add on ebay <[login to view URL]> ,i would like these features for my website - intergrate with ebay API and setup payment subscritions with paypal. most of the code is done but will need redone and some code was done with php5 ,if posible need it done with php4 ,but if needed i will convert 4 to 5 .
