Need a InstallShield for my setup.exe

I have all the files and the [login to view URL] in a folder and people will be downloading this program and installing it to their computer. I need someone how know how to create the installshield so that it will automatically install on people computer for from the website self installation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform windows PC, windows 98, win 2000, Win XP, server 2000 ## Deadline information I will need to test the installation shield to see it it works.
