A JAVA project to refactor and extend a GUI builder

We have created a prototype GUI builder, called DMGB, that enables a user to deploy widgets on a blank form using drag and drop. Four widget types are supported in the prototype (Label, Check Box, Text and Radio Button). DMGB is written in Java and uses the SWT toolkit. The design of the program is modular and straightforward; it can be understood easily. DMGB has 2 independent forms: A ‘Palette’ and a ‘Canvas’. The Palette contains a copy of each of the implemented widgets. These widgets can be copied to the Canvas using drag & drop. They can then be moved around on the canvas, re-sized and certain properties changed. The Canvas, itself, can also be resized. A menu on the Canvas allows the user to save its structure in an XML resource file, which can be reloaded later on. We now wish to create the next version of DMGB which involves refactoring and extending DMGB Version 1. Source code will be provided to the successful bidder. To undertake this project you need to be a Java developer with a clear understanding of XML and Java components (beans). Experience of SWT is essential. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
