Develop simple LingPipe 'Significant Phrases'' Demo

I would like someone to code a simple command line demo of the LingPipe Significant phrases component. Instructiuons on how to do this can be found here: <[login to view URL]> The demo simply needs to take as input a single text document; and output the results to a text file with the structure presented below. A batch file should be provided to execute the developed application.
