Comminuty Based Website (Social Network)

**What I need done:** A very advanced community based website with forums, communities, articles, products, review system, comments system, rating system, user backend, admin backend. I have attached a word document which has everything page by page in complete detail. **What I have already done: ** I have created the company logo so that you can work from the branding and see the kind of style we want to go for. **Requirements and style:** The website needs to be modern looking and very smart looking, we are going for the community based look and feel which makes it hard for users to log off as they are so sucked into the design and content! We would like to stick to site designers like the following: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Both websites above are very open but keep you locked in to their forums, articles and more, this is the approach we are aiming for. **Specific expertise:** We have started this project twice already on a budget, this is no longer the case, we have the money to front real web developers now as we ar every serious about making this site the best in it's area. We need serious players that will not only get the work done within the timeframe but continue to work with us on updates and new ideas. I would like to work with a solid company who will use my ideas and make them work, I and my business partner have MANY ideas! We need a company who can work with PHP, MYSQL, AJAX, WEB 2.0 and other similar technologies including design expertise, adobe photoshop etc. I am a certified SEO so will be telling you what do on those side of things, all you need to do is implement them. **Timeframe:** We need the site to be up and running with users beta tested within 6 to 8 weeks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
