Classifieds 2 Youtube modification

Hello, 1.) I own a dutch classifieds site. Users now can post there classifieds using pictures. I want to make it possible that when users post a classifieds the classifieds is converted to a flash video file which automatically is uploaded to youtube. The flash video file contains a picture slightshow which rotates all pictures each 5 seconds. The flash video file is automatically uploaded to youtube using its api. The converted video flash file must contain a header and a footer which display variable information suchs as my website name type of classified, title and price. Maybe also fields of youtube can be used for this purpose. The youtube url must be stored in the database of my website and be displayed as being the media of the classifieds. This is now already possible. 2.) Users must be able to choose wheter to place a classified with the usage of picture or upload a video file . When a video file is chosen the user must be able to upload the video file and convert the video to flash using the same additional information as mentioned under bullet 1 and place it directly to youtube using its api. 3.) The website contains a google map module. This is almost working. I have to little knowledge to make it work. I want to make it work. The module is looking to the zipcode and adress information of a classifieds so it can be displayed on google map.
