Android App Developper Needed - Start Now !!!

I'm looking for a developer to build an app that will do the following for a client:

Read a Barcode, then enter the result into a search tool that will look for the number in a SQL Database.

If the entry is found in the database, I should be able to modify the information attached to it, such as size, weight, color, description, (a total of 5-6 things to change), then hit a Save button, that will enter this information back into the database.

If the entry is not found it should allow me to search for either the client first name, last name, or order number. Once it's found, it should allow me to create a new entry in the database and append the barcode data to it.

This app should be working on Android. There's an open source script to read barcodes at [url removed, login to view]
