Customize my Wordpress Blog (Optimizepress 2.0 theme) - repost

Hello,
I will try to explain what I would like as best as I can. My website is [url removed, login to view]
Here is what I would like:
1) A frame around the entire site (i.e. a space between header and top, footer and bottom and sidebars)... should be all same size
2) Make Frame a nice gradient blue (does not have to be the blue that I have now as I don't like that solid blue it's too dark... something that blends with my header but is distinct)
3) A black border around the whole feature area (header, main area, footer)
4) Decrease space between feature area and header
5) Fix my menu buttons so the background color is similar to the header but slightly different and gradient (I like the yellow font so we can keep that or something like it anyway
6) Fix my menu buttons so they do something cool when people hover their mouse over the buttons (
I hope that all makes sense. Any qurstions please let me know
