Covert ASPX to PHP

Greetings Crucianp, I'm experienced in conversion and had worked with classic ASP in the past for several years and some working knowledge with ASP.NET too. Regardless of your current site if it is in ASP.NET (the coding is not much different in .net), I would like to know following points before we begin. Can you tell me URL of both sites and/or provide their "coded files" in zip for review? I just want to determine if they are written with simple logic, coding OR have so much complexity (for example, a simple website OR heavy website OR a web application) By review, I can determine if the bid is fine to do both of them or not.
