Can Anyone Quick-Fix My Malfunctioning Wordpress Site/Blog?

Hi,
I have a very basic Wordpress website and blog ([url removed, login to view]) that was designed and built for me by an old friend a couple of years ago.
In the near future, I'll probably commission someone to totally rebuild/redesign the website - it ain't looking so good - but for now, what I need is for someone to get in there and fix any problems they find with it. You'll see immediately that the blog page in particular has significant formatting problems that are causing all but the newest post to display incorrectly, making older posts almost impossible to read.
This came about because I tried to do my own search engine optimisation, and clearly I wasn't up to the task.
The website is very low traffic, but I think it's important for an author to maintain a web presence and point of contact with his readers, so if you think you can fix it for me (it's surely a very simple and fast job if you just have the requisite knowledge), I'd like to hear from you.
The website is not commercial and makes no money, so I'm afraid I can only offer this as a micro project.
