CSS/JQuery IE8 fix - repost

I am having an issue in IE8 with layout. I have attached a video which clearly shows the problems.
There should always be 4 logos on a row. The content box should always display underneath the logo when clicked.
Also, when a dropdown is chosen the logos disappear.
The videos show the errors clearly.
Please can you specify when you can complete this?
