Application to Managing Milestones This is an overview of the development of an application to manage clients The purpose of the MileStone Map is to assure proper and timely implementation of materially significant life events. These events may include Debt Miletones, Accumulation Milestones and Personal Life Event Milestones. In any case, the primary objective is to accomplish your vision and goals working toward what you have defined as the best possible outcome for you and/or your family. The “Milestone Map” raises the bar for accountability. Each milestone will have specific action items leading to the objective. For the best possible outcome we must work as a team (client/advisor), to assure timely completion and best efforts. Not all milestones are listed in the detailed part of the Milestone Map. The goal is to discuss the most pressing milestones and discuss behavior, which will lead to a better outcome (spending within our means). As milestones are achieved the application makes adjustments based on existing information and adjusts accordingly. This application will have three types of logins: 1. The Client The client should have the read privileges only access to view reports and each milestone list. They should be able to print any and all reports within their contact. All milestones, on the map, should have mouse over functions which reveals the best recommendation for the specific milestone. 2. The User (advisor) The User should have full privileges to add, edit, delete contacts and reports, including the Milestone Map. 3. The Admin The Admin should have full privileges to add, edit, delete contacts and reports…additionally the Admin must have the ability to add/remove items from the drop down lists.
