Create OOB Tutorial for Gimp

This project is to create an OOB (Out-of-Bounds) tutorial for Gimp 2.2.X using the attached picture. The tutorial should following the format of this photoshop OOB tutorial [login to view URL] but the tutorial needs to be more detailed - assume a very beginner will try and follow the steps. So for example on the second page he has the comment, 'The very first thing I do is set up my layers palette like this' - you would have more detail including - where to find the layers window - and how to set up the layers pallete. Of course your text must be different than the referenced example - and the picture will be different and the screen shots will be of the GIMP tool version 2.2.X . The test will be if I can give the tutorial and the original picture to a GIMP novice and they can produce something close to what you do. Deliver the tutorial as HTML and pictures, including one good fullsize picture of the finished result. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional tutorial. 2) HTML and images.. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)I become the absolute owner of the tutorial to use in anyway I want to with absolutely no reference back to you. 5) You agree to completely destroy the tutorial, images, and original picture from off your hard drives and any other place you store it. 6) YOU WILL NOT SHOW THIS WORK, or picture or tutorial in any portfolio of your work 7)YOU **will not** place, or cause to be placed, this tutorial, images or original image online in any fashion other than to submit the final and/or drafts to the rentacoder site. ## Platform Linux, windows, mac
