Code A Cron Job File For Me

Hi I have reviewed your requirements. I have done this task many times in many of projects. I can configure a cron job to run the API only at the time which is saved in the DB. I have given my price for the time being, however if the task is just this much than my charge will be far too less. But in case you want me to write the code also which would be there in the API, than i'll give you my final price once checking the work which is required.
