CAR LOAN WEBSITE

I need a graphical website designed for a website titled "Auto Loans Now" which is a Car Loan service. This template must include a very professional looking graphical header maybee with a car or something like that. This template must also have an SSI navigation and be dreamweaver friendly. I would like to be able to open this site in dreamweaver and be able to edit the site without problems. The navigational links will include: 1. Apply Now (Big Letters) 2. About Us 3. Contact Us 4. Terms of Use 5. Links I will also need the designer to create a form for the apply now page which I plan to discuss the layout and information on after the bid is accepted.
