Project Description: I am in need of a very functional, clean, professional classifieds website built. I really want this website to be top notch, so prior experience with online classifieds sites and SEO is a requirement. I want it to be modeled similar to eBay. It will be a very clean website. To get an idea of the quality and feel I would like on my website, you can honestly compare it to freelancer.com and ebay - very new looking, clean cut and fresh - a nice user experience with a "Web 2.0" look and feel. I am not sure of all the skills required for the job, but I want this to be very nice. Some main aspects of my website: -free ads @ beginning, with option to buy featured ad for front page/featured ads page. Eventually be able to pay per listing/membership (but not effective at beginning - so listings can be free indefinitely to increase initial traffic) -My home page will have a spot for featured listings, new listings, as well as advertising spots. -Users will be able to sort by: location of item, price range of item, category of item, etc. -Feedback rating system -Inbox for each user within the website -Alerts to users when specific ads are posted, powered by keywords for users -Users must be able to trade their listed items, as well as buy and sell them. -Email notifications to users -seo friendly -listings posted with pictures next to each item, revealing the title and relevant information -can filter, advanced search, sort listings from top to bottom by choice of:categories, price, location, miles. Must be able to view all listings within x miles of the user -Like us on Twitter/Facebook button -It must have an admin site or equivalent where i can control the entire website: billing and changing/deleting ads easily, etc. -Security is a must I am seeking a designer who lives in the United States and speaks English fluently. Must be able to speak on the phone. I am also open to further suggestions from the winning designer.
