I am looking to create a web system which allows multiple sets of users, video uploading, payment channels, pay per click and capturing of information on a background database. I would like to begin building the system slowly and then allow it to grow organically. System is to enable scalability, needs to be well organised and cleverly designed from the beginning. I am looking to pay a monthly retainer for the services of a talented individual.
