Branding, Logo Design, Initial Website Creation

The winner of this auction will help us develop a new domain that we have reserved. The name of the domain is [login to view URL] and will be a website site focused on parents and teenage drug abuse. The person that we select will work with a member of our staff in creating an appropriate logo design and corporate color scheme for site branding of the new website. In addition we will need a creation of a theme to be develop using our e-commerce program called AbleCommerce. An evaluation of the program can be downloaded at: <ftp://[login to view URL]> In order to install the program you must have .NET installed on PWS or IIS. I wanted to add this link just in case you want to know is involved in developing a theme for the website using this software which is the second part of the project. The second part of the project will entail creation of a theme for the website. The theme consists of customizing the style sheet, developing a header, and developing a footer portion. The logo that is designed in the first part will be used in the header for the theme. The third part of the project the designer will help us create a body section of the home page. This part will use the previously created logo, header, footer, and stylesheet created from the first and second parts. We are seeking to work with someone that is very experienced with logo creation and site branding. This person must be able to create a theme that is appealing to our target market which are parents. We are looking for a top notch designer that is creative and is willing to work with us to help us create a very professional website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
