This work is for an existing project which has been developed in PHP and Mysql. Bidder needs to be confident to complete these work and ensure that on time delivery. Couple of New forms (update user details and capture new request) needs to be designed (as per the current design of the website) and developed and integrated to the existing website. My dashboard needs to be added on which a user can check the specific information related to his account. Couple of fields to be added to an exiting form. Accept and Reject button needs to be added to email so that a user can action accordingly. A User should be able to export his report to PDF/DOC and send the same file to his/her email id.
