A somewhat watered down social/video site.

I need a social/video website. It is going to be related to sports. Here are the basics needed: > Each member needs their own page like myspace, it needs to be at [login to view URL], just like myspace. Their page will be a lot simpler than myspace though. >>>>>On that page they will need a few generals like name, state, etc. and they need an about me type area. They also need to be able to have a video on that page that they upload. > Videos - Members will be allowed to upload videos and browse videos just like youtube. Rate, comment, all that good stuff. I want its design to be very simple and clean like youtube, google, and myspace. So there want be much graphic work involved. I can probably make the logo so that won't be needed. I do have experience in web design (not much) so I would like to be able to edit things myself after you are finished yet I will still probably need you for help in the future for additional pay. With that being said if you are comfortable using a CMS then that would be great. I have used several and that would be a big help for me. It is not necessary though. If you don't I just need to know how to edit things and create other pages using the script that you use. Feel free to contact me with questions.
