Contour/trace script

I use paint shop pro and it has an effect built in call **trace contour**, I would like a script that could take an image and output the trace/contour online saving it as a new image. The script should preferably be able to work on normal shared hosting without the need for a dedicated server, To show what I would like the image below is the original ![][1] After the trace/contour effect has been added the output is: ![][2] I don't know how feasible this is so open to suggestions & ideas to accomplish it, I want this as a tool that other people can use online on a website. The contour/tracing shoudl work on outer and inner lines for example an **O** would have an outer edge and an inner edge. If it could work for colour that would be preferable, if not then I coudl still work with just a black/white version. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform open to suggestions, preferably shared hosting but windows or unix
