Automated Music Store - Player (Flash, or HTML5)

Looking to develop an automated music store / player for licensing my instrumental music (along with easy to use wordpress admin panel to upload, & manage songs + settings) That will do the following: - Send automated encrypted song link via email upon purchase of instrumental(s) - Simple transpose buttons: (Play, pause, stop, song position) - PayPal gateway integration - Different payment tiers - options for each song / instrumental (Basic license, extended license) - Flash, or HTML5 - Wordpress admin panel to manage songs (instrumentals), add information (Song titles, etc) Will provide full detail in PM.
