Add effects to Flash

I have a Flash file, used as a header in my website, that I need improved. A simple job for a Flash Expert. All I need you to do is add some nice effects to it. Add some mask lighting effects to the basket and to the snow flakes, and also add some animations to the snow flakes upon entering the site. Use your skills and talents, and I'm open to suggestions, as long as it looks nice and not cheesy. Thanks. Notice that I'm using Flashvars to pass page titles to it. ## Deliverables Notice that upon clicking? a tab, information text is displayed. Well, I want this text to come from an xml file instead of from within the flash file. Thanks.
