We need a form designer similar to that of Visual Studio.Net. The following features are required: 1) The class created should derive from the panel class. 2) The class should support automatic scrolling and should always keep the AutoScrollMinSize property set to sensible values. 3) Any controls added to the panel through the [login to view URL] or addrange methods should be supported by the designer. 4) A selection band should be drawn around a control when it is selected by clicking on it with the mouse. 5) It should be possible to select multiple controls by drawing a rubber rectangle around them. 6) When a control is selected, an appropriate event should be raised. 7) When the right mouse button is clicked on a control, an appropriate event should be raised. 8) It should be possible to move selected controls by dragging them with the mouse. When dragging, the control should be displayed at all times. 9) It should be possible to resize controls by dragging anchors on the edges of the controls, just like in Visual Studio. Resizing should occur for all selected controls. When resizing, the control should be displayed at all times. Anchors should be placed at north, south, east, west, north-east, south-east, north-west, south-west locations, just like is VS.Net. 10) Clicking on the background of the designer surface should cause all controls to be de-selected. 11) Support for a grid. There should be a GridX and GridY properties specifying the size of grid squares (default 10x10). The grid should be drawn if the ShowGrid property is set to true (default false). Controls should be snapped to the grid when the SnapGrid property is set to true (default false).
