hi. i want a javascript-based jabber webclient to be customized for a specific website. the webclient works fine independently from a website, i just want it integrated on my weblogs. here's a detailed list of what i want to happen: 1. a single login page for my weblog and jwchat (easy) 2. jwchat should not pop up opon login, instead, will be placed on a hidden frame. 3. a weblog visitor/viewer will be automatically signed-in in a temporary jabber account and will place jwchat on another hidden frame on the users' html page. 4. on the user's html page, a jabber status indicator is available. if the user is online, the visitor should be able to click a link on the page and a chat window on the visitor's side should pop up. 5. on the blog owners side, the chat window will pop up once a chat session is initiated by the visitor. when he decides to browse other websites while this chat window is still open, this chat window will inherit all the javascript connection properties, if possible. basically all features are already implemented. the problem lies in the parent/opener/top/etc. javascript properties. im not a javascript coder and i had several attempts to fix this but i only got roughly around 30% of what i want to accomplish. a good javascript coder should be able to finish the tasks in less than 2 hours. as i said, there's no more need to add features. just fix the parent/top/opener references, and the window placement issues, if there are any.
