C# / .NET Developer Wanted

I'm looking to hire a single Developer with the following skills. I am not interested in hiring groups of developers, or managers of developers. This is for a SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT project. If you do not meet the skills below, please do not apply. This is for a Software Development position, it involves no graphics design, web development or other work not directly related to software engineering. 1) Strong knowledge of C#/Microsoft.NET 1.1. Experience with C++ is a plus. 2) Experience developing Object-Oriented software components 3) Experience using the .Net [login to view URL] namespace for printing, and Windows Forms 4) Experience working with XML / [login to view URL] 5) Strong communication/English skills are a necessity. Please do not apply if you do not have experience with the technologies/skills stated above. You will be working on a project that is used to print out pre-designed printing items. Most of the groundwork for this project has already been done, but will need to be polished and improved upon where necessary. We are about to reskin the user interface as well, this will require modifying our applications user controls and in some instances, adding new ones. If this project is completed on time, we will have a continuous flow of additional work for you to do if you're interested. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
