Data Harvesting / Scrapping Guru

Create a process that gathers "live" betting odds from an online sportsbooks. I'm looking to hire someone with a proven track record in gathering data from websites, (web site scraping). I currently gather betting odds from mutiple sprots via an XML feed they provide me. Unfortunately, the XML feeds are all delay 2-5minutes. In order to obtain live odds, I need to scrape their site.
