Data Entry Programming .net(repost)

I need an application created that does the following. .NET or CFM is fine. 1. Inserts Records into database 2. Calculates the Number of Entries for each Individual (max 34 per individual) (based on Firstname, Lastname match) 3. Will Prevent any Entry going into DB when 34 entries is already the total. 4. At the end of competion I need to run a procedure to insert a new record for each Entry. (this can be done at data entry level too if possible) Eg. If a user Entered the Competetion 34 times - I need 34 records for this entrant in the DB. I have attached A zip file containing. 1. Front End HTML Form (see entrytype field) 2.
