Custom 5 Star Rating Project

The following project is for a very customized automated 5 Star Rating Program or Script to be installed in a website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ---------- 4.) The most important thing is that it is compatible with Internet Explorer (v4 and above), Netscape (v4 and above), Opera (v6 and above), Mozilla (v1 and above), Firefox (v0.1 and above), Konqueror (v2 and above), All Macintosh-based browsers (Safari included!), and any other major internet browsers not mentioned above. 1. We are looking for a coder to create a custom five star rating program that is automated, IP address verification to prevent multiple voting, and automated code generator validation by rater that cannot be read by crawlers or bots. The five star rating program will be open to anyone without registration, however, we will use IP verification and automated code generator required by the user to input in as described above. The 5-star rating program must have a control panel that is user friendly for basic html users. The 5-star rating program should require input option for each product and it will automatically produce a table based on sort able name, editor rating, and user ratings. The table should be 20 items per page or with the option view all items on one page. When a user is viewing a page of products, they will see 20 items, with editor rating, and user ratings. The user rating will display how many users rated it, the actual average user rated score, and an image of the five stars, with a link button offering any user to rate that product. When the rating page opens, they will have the option to vote on overall use of the product, and then enter a verification code randomly generated to process the code. This is the gist of this program or script. The other thing is that we must able to use this program or script with FrontPage, Contribute, and Dream weaver. 2. The next thing we require an “email this page?? that will be all based on the webpage were a user can just input the data and it will automatically be emailed. 3. The next item on our agenda is a simple individual drop down menu for categories of products in the navigation bar. 4. The next item needed is a simple email automated subscription validation page.
