I've written a report file which shows time variance. This part is ok but I need to trick it bit more. Scenario is that I check the Time Variance and whenever Time Variance is more than a set number, let's say 40 then it's colored in red and rest are in usual black color. Now, what I want to incorporate is to display only the records which have time variance more than 40 and a record just above that to know what the person was doing just before that.
to make it clear, my tv records are:
1. 5
2. 8
3. 45
4. 30
5. 7
6. 42
so the new report should be
1. 8
2. 45
3. 7
4. 42
I hope it's clear. My data is in MS Access.
