Create a template in css/html and integrate it in each part of our site

We are 2 students and we have created a betting site called www.arenatips.com. Our main focus is on european soccer where we want to offer our members quality analysis and picks for free. For the time being the site is functional/operational and it also contains a forum. THIS IS A NON PROFIT SITE!
