Converting article feeds into complete pages and directory on own host

You should be able to create an easy to use software tool like: "HyperVRE" with the following criteria. Change an RSS feed from for example an article directory into: Title and description on any given page (let's say five articles) on end user's web site. Instead of linking back to the directory where the feed came from, the tool should copy the complete article pages on to end user's web site as well as placing the same title and description into an overall directory on end user's web site (meaning the articles will stay accessible for good). The title, as well as keyword, metatags of these new complete article pages should be copied from the title and strong keywords within the article automatically. The tool should be able to implement google ads into the complete articles automatically in two or three different formats. Like for example "intellitext" the tool should take five keywords out of each article and automatically connect them to an affiliateproduct from either amazon, clickbank, or paydotcom. If possible using the title of the sales page involved as anchor text. Users of the tool should be able to enter their affiliate id while installing the program, when they are no affiliate yet there should be a direct link in the tool towards the affiliateprogram to become a member. User should have the choice between either ready made templates or the possibility to copy and paste into own template. There will be plenty other issues which will need to be discussed but at the moment i would like to know if the above is achievable and what the cost involved will be. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
