I need a timeclock system that will track and report students hours. Student will punch in with 4 digit pin on arrival to sign in, and again on exit. Time in and out as well as total daily time and cumulative weekly time reports should be available to the administrator. There are 2 buildings, each with 2 main classrooms, and we should be able to print reports sorted by name, building, grade, or classroom. The system will also be used to track teacher in/out and hours.
There will be a windows PC configured at each entrance, and they should either share a database.
Students will be input and their record should contain:
Name
Address
City
State
Zipcode
Home Phone
Parent Work
Parent Cell
Emergency Contact Name
Emergency Contact Phone
Authorized Pickup Person List
Grade
Building
Date Of Birth
Social Security Number
Punch Code Number

We are very much clear about requirement but we have a question: How the student in time will be recorded into the database?or
how would you share the database with the application created by us?
Hello, I can see that this is an important project that needs to be done carefully and not rushed, so I'll work with you to get it working perfectly from the get-go. I've done a lot of work with database-drive websites, so this project fits my skills perfectly (and it helps that - as a student - I can probably relate to your user-base pretty well).
