Code Optimisation of unfinished property web site

Hi Before Bidding for this job please make sure you have read the draft word document specification and make sure you understand it. Another coder developed this site , but the code is only 80% complete. **Preference will be given to bidders who include a list of sites that you have completed using PHP and MYSQL. The links must be operational and verifiable by me.** **No list means No consideration ** There are strict coding standards on this project which will be supplied to you. I am a php developer myself and will be working with you on this project full time. You must have good code design skills and use of OO methodology. Note I only want to work with coders who can give prompt answers and responses to question/queries. You must respond within 24 hours. This work is for a client and the deadline will NOT be extended. If you cannot work to the given deadline **(2 weeks development including testing)** then do not bid, as you will be risking your RAC reputation and my reputation with my client. ## Deliverables All deliverables must be [uploaded to Rent A Coder][1]before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then [do not start this project][2]...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an [un-arbitratable, illegal][3]project. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
