Client Side System Tray Application

I need a small application built that does the following: 1) Reside in the system tray, as an icon that looks like the letter 'P'. When the application has established a working connection to the server, it changes colors from RED to GREEN. 2) Application is only able to be 'right clicked' on, which opens a fly out menu with the following options: Status / Configure / Sync / Exit /About 3) The Configure option opens up a small window with the following options that the user can fill out: Server IP: Extension: Password: Duration between syncing: [drop down menu, 1,5,10,15,30,60minutes AUTOMATIC ] CANCEL OK Whatever the user enters into the blanks, will be stored in some type of .ini configuration file. 4) The SYNC button when clicked, takes the users current Microsoft Outlook Contacts, and using XMLRPC converts and sends them to a PHP page, that variablizes the contents, allowing them to be written to a database later. If a way can be figured out how to detect when a new contact has been written to the Outlook .pst file and SYNC immediately (using an option defined in the Configure screen) this would be a great perk to the project. 5) When this application is active, I want it to have the ability to allow the user to stay logged into a .PHP webpage that is session based, and not allow the users session to terminate as long as the application is running. The database portion will NOT be handled in this project. The goal of this project is extraction the users Contacts and displaying them onto a .PHP webpage. This project my be compiled into a SINGLE .exe file, that has runs a setup utility and installs the application. An option is given to the user if they want this appliction to load when the system is started. If the users chooses YES, then a line is written to the system Registry under the RUN context to execute this program at boot time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98/2000/XP/2003 Session's portion must support IE5.5+ and 1.0+ of Mozilla
