CRE LOADED - LOCKUP - PHP(repost)

What i require is someone to get the standard newest version of white label cre loaded... Add Multi Buy Discounts module, Impulse Buy module and a module to export feeds for all the major price comparision sites and an SEO module. Finally, i require you to hide around 90% of the admin features including the modules i require you to add above. What i am looking to do is have a fully modded version of creloaded which i can install for a customer - but from the admin area they only see limited things... I can them sell them different features and simply unlock different parts of the site or features by making a small change to a specific file in the cart. I know this is not a huge job as all the modules are out there and simple to install for which i could do my self, the only part i cannot is the part that locks up the admin area. Please give me a fair price for doing this.
