Website design. I have a website on [login to view URL] complete with a site builder. I am a small business that provide self esteem development programs for girls ages 11-18 years old. I love the colors pink, teal, lilac. I want a theme that fits girls. I want it to be fun with pictures of girls interacting and my picture on the main page. A registration form is needed. This form only needs to ask for name, zipcode, email address, grade, school, and how did they hear about us. There are 5 pages I would like to complete. One page about upcoming events and promotions. A page just to upload pictures of the seminars. A page with self esteem tips that I can change weekly. I am looking for a cool, hip, but girly look with todays teenagers in mind along with a professional edge that doesn't turn away prospective clients. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
