Audio File Manager

The solution is designed as a search and retrieval tool for wav audio files. The client should access a simple search screen via HTTP and have his choice of searchable fields, from here this should feed to a results screen which will give all details held, and allow the client to play the file within the web browser for a quick preview, or via an API allocate it for burning to a Disc, or opening the directory in which it is located. The package should be written in PHP and utilise a MYSQL database, running on an APACHE server within Win 2000 server. All files will be *.wav and will me stored as standard in C:\Audio, but this should be changeable. This does not require any reading of header information ??" all data will be imported from a txt file to a database, linked to the file name. Database Should have a number of fields: Catalogue number (key field), DAT number , File name, Artist, other artist , record date , Album title, Composer, arrangement , publisher , Misc1, Misc 2, Misc 3, Misc 4. Please see the attached document for further detail of screens etc Please note this is a LAN only application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
