Add checkout button to E-Bay auction listings

I need to add a button to my E-bay listings that will lead winning bidders to my site after the auction is over. When the button goes to the listing it must also carry my item number so that folks can add the item to the cart. When they click, it must return the winning bid info to my site so that the amount of the winning bid is passed to the cart. The cart is a php cart program. It must also return any shipping fees I have for the auction listing.
