We wish to have a 6 page(plus 1 blank template) site done in asp or asp.net. The attached file is a mockup of what we want the site to look like. The "look and feel" we were trying to get is something fun and casual with a touch of seriousness. The site will serve 2 very different audiences. Initially, the main viewers of the site will be potential corporate sponsors, donors, and volunteers who will visit the site to learn how to get more contact information.(The more serious viewers) Eventually, once the walk has begun, we expect schoolchildren(the casual and fun viewers) to be the primary visitors as they follow along online the path of the walkers. Any suggestions for better attaining this "fun and casual with a touch of seriousness" on the layout, fonts, color schemes, etc. would be appreciated. Detailed comments are included in the Excel file mockup, some of the important bullet points we wish to stress are: 1. 6 content pages, and 1 blank template 2. Fonts have been specified. Suggestions are okay if you think of a better font to use, please verify with us though. 3. The file is only a "mockup", please be sure to correct and clean up any spacing and alignment issues for the actual site. 4. Please be aware of the "placeholders" for future ads to be inserted. For the purposes of the project, please insert white, borderless boxes of specified sizes for now. 5. Please be sure to include comments in the coding so these placeholders can be easily located for us to insert future sponsors. 6. Please feel free to make any suggestions for layout improvements. 7. Please leave room for future sponsors to be added on the sponsors page. Please leave a few workable link examples on the page. Some other points: should be programmed in asp or asp.net. The site will be hosted on a [login to view URL] re-seller host. User/pwd will be provided to winning bid. Any fees for the use of stockphotos should be included in the bid.
