ASP 24/7 Support & Push to Talk

Hello to all, I have two applications i would like built, i know there are many out there like this but not the same. If you think you are the candidate please send me a post and i will give you any relevent information you require. more information can be found at [[login to view URL]][1] Live support / Chat i believe it uses cgi and php, but this needs to be set up for asp. the main facility needed is obviously the chat set up the same way as you see it, try! it as i dont work there ask about it to get more info. the chat needs to be able to notify the opperators online via their interface with sound and screen, as many opperators as needed can log on and see other opperators and users and only a supervisor can view or cut in to opperator and users chat, a small name and image of the opperator needs to be placed in the chat window and a seperate admin section for the supervisor is used for setup and statistics of users, chats, length, time, ect... Also the chat needs to refresh every few seconds, and also have timed out features, opperators should have the facility of noting important tasks to do and have them notified again when logging in. Push to talk! this is another facility that should be implemented either with the above chat or as a module prefered, this i am a little uncertain how this works. You push the button on the interface on their site or the email they provide you with and it phones out to an opperator online who is able to have either a video confrence or use their microphone to speak with you ( you also must have webcam with mic or simply mic and speakers on your pc. im not too sure if there is any kind of voice recognition with the software that will enable the opporator to see what the user is saying or visa versa but this would be a great idea. hope to here from you all soon.
