ASP.NET/SQL Server 2000 developer needed

We are in need of a developer that has experience in ASP.NET development for a single webpage and a single code behind file that contains 2 ASCX controls; all in VB that essentially calls one master procedure and eventually two SQL Server 2000 Stored Procedures. We want a master stored procedure to take in one variable, ZKEY, and pass that variable to 2 other stored procedures and execute those stored procedures: one of the procs will return ZKEY description (varchar 50) and the other will return the ZKEY label (number 1.9944, 1.22, etc). You can create a simple table that has 4 rows and 3 columns (ZKEY, ZKEY Description and ZKEY_label.) The ZKEY must be passed from the front end (the ASPX page) with a hyperlink, 1, 2, 3 and 4 ??" invoking the master stored proc, which calls the two others, and returns the items (ZKEY_label and ZKEY_Description). Synopsis: 1 ASPX page that contains 2 ASCX controls contained in that page ??" each of which executes on its own, simultaneously so that they are running in parallel and produces the string or number. This shall be written in VB.NET with the stored procedures being written to leverage the power of SQL Server 2000. WHERE EXISTS, etc. and other options that never existed in previous versions. We are looking to have this work for forward only data (Repeaters) that is as fast as humanly possible. This must produce results ridiculously fast as it is forward only and non-editable. This is the final display page and will only provide information to the individual one time and then be disposed of entirely. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). In the end we will receive: 1 ASPX Page that contains 2 ASCX controls 1 SQL Server 2000 Script that creates the test table and 3 stored procedures with grants to the information (table and procs for the public role) which is also limiting to the public to give execute only etc. which is a SELECT from the PROCs. Our primary concern with this page and its data is security with speed of execution running a very close second. The primary concern in the two controls is speed.
