Bandoneon Typing Tutor w/ midi kboard constr

Hi. I need a "typing tutor" sort of program for a bandoneon and a USB midi keyboard to use it. I can provide schematics for the instrument. The keyboard has to have the same diagram as the actual instrument. It has to have either preloaded lessons (I can provide those as well) or have the ability to read music sheet from progams like Finale. The instrument (you can google it up) has the particularity that it makes a different note when opened or closed. So the programming of both the midi keyboard and the typing tutor must work this way as well (the music sheet must show when its ment to be played opening and when to be played closing and the keyboard layout shift accordingly). It has also to have a digital metronome incorporated so as to be able to change the speed (and the difficulty) of the lesson being learned. The keyboard has to be delivered in Miami, FL, USA.
