An editable bracket system (have one now in Drupal 6) that will work in Drupal 7

Currently have a site with a bracket (tournament) system with the ability to add images into the brackets. This is in Drupal 6 and it needs to work in Durpal 7. My previous developer stated it won't work by transferring and besides it is lacking in quality in its current state (not a dig at the developer - understand he grab it from elsewhere) Site: [login to view URL] I had a similar request before but it did not seem that many really look and understood effort - because each time I asked that this part was understood the price changed and time-frame changed as well.
