decision-aid system (EUP 2007-9-23)

ABSTRACT: we have a simple decision-aid system that shows which employees are best-fit to replace an absentee. The coder will use one of the many free (or moderate cost) neural network Delphi components to make the system intelligent and able to learn. The component I need will have the following i/f TNN=class(TComponent) public DatLst:TList; procedure SetScore(id_evn,result,points:integer); // learn function GetScore(id_evn,result:integer):integer; // compute according to lessons end; DatLst stores whatever data the component needs to store (the one that the component builds while in learning mode). The calling application saves this data before freeing the component (and fills the list at start time). At learning time, the calling application calls procedure SetScore and passes 3 parameters: 1. the event ID 2. the event result 3. the score suggested by the user At computing time (i.e. when the component is required to automatically compute the score) the calling applic ation calls function GetScore . Parameters are 1. the event ID (input) 2. the event result (input) 3. the score computed by the NN component (output) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform w32
