Create merging of CSV file items with Word template

We have a CSV file with entries from a website feedback form. Some of these entries ( not all ) should be used to merge into a "welcome letter" template in Word. So basically the name of the sender, adress and a few other items should from the csv file easily be imported into the word template. I have a PDF of the how the Word template should look like and I also have an example CSV file. ## Deliverables This project is to create a word template to be used for users submitting forms to a website. Information submitted will be name, adress and a few other fields as well. Here is the information from the CSV file which should be imported into the word template from the CSV file: (also explained in the PDF document ) First name (Fornavn in PDF) Last name (Etternavn in PDF) Address (Adresse in PDF) Post number (postnr in PDF) City (Sted in PDF) Also todays date should be added (in the right hand side of the PDF, reading Date) The letter starts with: Hei (fornavn) This means: Hello (firstname) So here we want to put the first name of each of the entries in the CSV file. Each CSV file could potentially consist of many different "users" so each "firstname" would of course create a seperate word document, so it is possible to print and send per mail to the person. This is for a brochure ordering feedback form, which means that some other information is also listed in the CSV file but that information is not needed to be added to the word template.
