We're looking to take the d20 SRD file and turn it into a wiki-formatted set of documents. d20 is an "open" role playing gaming system where the majority of the rules are created similar to open source software and can be reused and developed independantly. We want to take those rules and through wiki make changes and clarifications easier to make. See here: <[login to view URL]> for rtf versions of the 3.5 ruleset files. Experience with wikitext development helpful, as well as experience with d20 games (D&D and the like). ## Deliverables 1) Full Wiki-ized versions of the SRD from the supplied link from "basics" through "Treasure" and the full "Spells" section. Bid can include work for "Monsters" section and "Magic Items" section as well and will be considered, but bid should include option to exclude those sections as well. Other sections (Psionics, etc) are beyond the scope of this bid. 2) Main wiki / Welcome page including quick links to sections and very brief description of site 3) Design template document which describes to future editors how to edit pages (content style, not "how to wiki") 4) Link, list, TOC pages as appropriate and included in SRD original 5) Pages categorized appropriately (categories provided) 6) Pages formatted as exampled - main sections we can write a few of the first pages to give examples to more specifically describe the look we like. Each item (i.e. each spell, feat, skill) will be on its own page. 7) Pages will include template codes as provided. We can make the templates We have a wiki (using mediawiki) installed and are testing it now. Wikipages will be made on our wiki database. Please review the rtf files for the types of content and volume we're looking to import. The 3.5 SRD documents are available in a variety of formats (rtf, html, txt) and any can be used for the import. The look we want most closely resembles the rtf versions. The site and the wiki pages will not be released to public view and kept behind a passworded page until the work is bought off. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Only Wiki-formatted code, so cross platform issues are outside the scope of the project.
