Convert pdf to PowerPoint

Need to convert a Presentation document from pdf format into PowerPoint. Document is 133 pages long, with simple text and some graphics. Attached a sample of the first 13 pages that I already converted myself (by copying and pasting the text, and extracting the images using image capture software). Use the template in PowerPoint, and paste in the text & graphics from the pdf. Or you could use an automatic software extraction tool (like Able2Extract) and tidy up the resulting output in the PowerPoint format attached. All text on each page can be pasted into single text-boxes (like in the atatched sample) unless the page is complex, when multiple text-boxes may be used on one page. Simple job for someone with the right tools and a bit of patience! ## Deliverables Deliverable: One presentation document that will open in my PowerPoint 2002 SP3 following the format, font and text-sizes of the attached file. ## Platform No program - just need a .ppt file that will open in PowerPoint 2002 SP3
