I need some assistance completing the installation of the FREICHAT SOFTWARE i installed. Everything works great except for when someone is on chat I see them as guest. Even when a user is logged in I still see them as a guest. It does not show their username or avatar. PLEASE SEE PHOTO AS EXAMPLE OF WHAT PROBLEM LOOKS LIKE
